Ravindra Jain served as the music director. More than four decades after its original appearance, the composition returned to the big screen. Om Raut used it in the 2023 mythological film Adipurush, which starred Prabhas.For the film, the traditional chaupai was recreated with a contemporary musical treatment. Sachet-Parampara provided the vocals for the new version. The song’s presence in Adipurush introduced it to a newer audience. Even after 51 years, ‘Mangal Bhawan Amangal Haari’ continues to be recognised by audiences.
