The group took to their social media platforms and shared a first-look teaser for their upcoming summer tour, confirmed for Summer 2027. According to the announcements, the group is ready to embark on a 12-night-long residency in Manchester City as part of their upcoming tour, with more details to be announced in the coming weeks.They will take over the Etihad Stadium for their upcoming shows, which will also count as a homecoming concert for members Liam and Noel Gallagher. MEN magazine reported that tour dates and booking information will roll out in a few weeks. A statement from the report read, “It will be 12 nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June. It’s just massive for Manchester and for the local economy. They could even add more dates to that as well; there’s talk of up to 20. The wider tour is also going to include a return to Knebworth.”Not only that, but according to the reports, a nearby hotel has already been booked from late May through June for the band and everyone traveling with them for the upcoming shows. There have also been speculations about the band performing in Manchester after Manchester’s Parklife festival, traditionally held every June, was shifted to new dates.
