Around the anniversary of their 2025 tour, veteran band Oasis released an announcement on all of their social media platforms that has left fans reeling with excitement. The group has confirmed that they will be returning to the stage in 2027 to make their way across the summer. Here is all we know about the band’s upcoming tour.

The group took to their social media platforms and shared a first-look teaser for their upcoming summer tour, confirmed for Summer 2027. According to the announcements, the group is ready to embark on a 12-night-long residency in Manchester City as part of their upcoming tour, with more details to be announced in the coming weeks.They will take over the Etihad Stadium for their upcoming shows, which will also count as a homecoming concert for members Liam and Noel Gallagher. MEN magazine reported that tour dates and booking information will roll out in a few weeks. A statement from the report read, “It will be 12 nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June. It’s just massive for Manchester and for the local economy. They could even add more dates to that as well; there’s talk of up to 20. The wider tour is also going to include a return to Knebworth.”Not only that, but according to the reports, a nearby hotel has already been booked from late May through June for the band and everyone traveling with them for the upcoming shows. There have also been speculations about the band performing in Manchester after Manchester’s Parklife festival, traditionally held every June, was shifted to new dates. The festival has now been shifted to July 10 and 11, as confirmed by the organisers.Fans had also been reaching out to the members on X and Instagram, and Liam was quick to interact with many of them and drop hints in his own way. When a fan asked about upcoming dates, the musician replied by saying, “You say that now but soon as we announce the gig nxt wk I mean nxt year I mean happy Christmas you’ll be running around like headless chickens trying to get a ticket so stop acting tuff.”Oasis formed in 1991 in Manchester. The rock and pop group remained active until 2009, after which they announced their break-up. After a 15-year-long split, the group finally got back together in 2024 and has remained active since then.
