Jr NTR mourns the loss of his pet dog Bagheera, shares emotional tribute with unseen pictures

Jr NTR is currently coping with a tough phase in his life following the recent passing of his cherished pet dog, whom he fondly named Bagheera. On Wednesday, the actor took to Instagram to post a series of pictures capturing warm memories with Bagheera. Some of the images showed NTR embracing his furry companion, while others were casual, unposed shots of Bagheera around their home.

Jr NTR’s heartbreaking loss

The most emotional image among the lot was undoubtedly the last one, revealing the burial site of his pet. In the caption, NTR noted that Bagheera had been four years old when he died.He shared a touching tribute to his late pet, writing in the caption: “Bagheera, You came into my world as a companion and quietly became family — filling days with love, loyalty, mischief and a kind of comfort only you could give. Your absence leaves a silence that feels far too large, but so does the love you leave behind. Thank you for choosing me, for walking beside me, and for making these four years infinitely more beautiful. Run free, my little one. You were deeply loved, and you always will be”.

Jr NTR on the work front

On the work front, buzz suggests that Jr NTR will next be seen in a project helmed by director Trivikram Srinivas, tentatively titled ‘NTRxTrivikram’. A first-look poster for the film, featuring Lord Murugan’s iconic ‘Vel’, was unveiled earlier by the actor, hinting at a mythological theme for the movie.The film’s title and further details are yet to be officially announced by the makers. However, a report by Gulte claims that the team has registered two potential titles, ‘God of War’ and ‘Devasenapathi’. Apart from this, the ‘RRR’ star also has ‘Dragon’ lined up, which is being directed Prashanth Neel. The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Anil Kapoor, Rukmini Vasanth, and Biju Menon, among others, and is slated for a theatrical release on June 11, 2027.
