Ashwath Marimuthu’s ‘Dharman’ has reached another key stage in its production. The makers have announced that the third shooting schedule of the Rajinikanth starrer has completed, and they have shared new behind-the-scenes pictures from the sets. The film also stars Simran, Raashik Khanna and Ram Pothineni in crucial roles, and it is now moving ahead with its remaining portions.
Rajinikanth’s film completes another major shoot
Director Ashwath Marimuthu marked the milestone by posting pictures from the sets. One image shows a performer in elaborate mythological attire, complete with a peacock feather headpiece and a ceremonial staff. Another shows the director in a white shirt and dark sunglasses, talking to the crew while a camera operator works in the foreground. The pictures give fans a peek at the mood on the sets without revealing major details about the story.
BTS pictures arrive as ‘Jailer 2 ‘ audio launch nears
The wrap-up update comes just a day before the much-awaited audio launch of ‘Jailer 2’. The event is scheduled for September 30 in Chennai and will bring together Rajinikanth, director Nelson Dilipkumar and composer Anirudh Ravichander. With the launch happening tomorrow, most of the attention is on ‘Jailer 2’, but the new ‘Dharman’ update gives fans another Rajinikanth project to look forward to.
‘Jailer 2’ builds buzz ahead of October 15 release
The audio launch is expected to showcase Anirudh’s music, including the recently released songs ‘Ala Bolelo’, ‘One Sun One Moon’ and ‘One Name’. Rajinikanth returns as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in Nelson Dilipkumar’s sequel, which is set to release on October 15. ‘Dharman’ is lined up as Rajinikanth’s next major project after ‘Jailer 2’.
