However, she went bold for the red carpet event and styled her outfit with the infamous ‘barefoot heels,’ which went viral a couple of months ago.According to Vogue, a few months ago, designer Matthieu Blazy had presented his 2027 resort collection in Biarritz, France, for a popular luxury brand, where he had first introduced the concept. Rather than having a structured base, the ‘barefoot heels’ literally take the shape of their name, featuring only a little leather heel cap that the actress laced around her feet. She opted to keep her makeup minimal and keep her hair straight down in a middle part.Her co-star, Elordi, opted to keep things sleek and simple for the red carpet event. He opted to wear a stunning navy pinstripe suit and accessorised his look by adding a pair of black-rimmed sunglasses.

The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world where everything has fallen apart. Based on Peter Heller’s novel of the same name, the film centres on Hig, a pilot living out his days in an abandoned hangar in Colorado with a gun-crazy survivalist named Bangley and his beloved dog, Jasper. He cruises the skies in the nearby areas and stays on the lookout when he comes across a mysterious transmission. After his dog’s death, he is determined to find survivors and sets out on a journey to find the source of the transmission.The film has been directed by Ridley Scott and stars Jacob Elordi, Josh Brolin, Margaret Qualley, Allison Janney, and Benedict Wong. ‘The Dog Stars’ will be released in theatres in the US on August 28, 2026.
